"We stayed in Fangliao, not knowing how easy it was to get to Kenting for the beach. (There's a bus you catch downtown, a block from the train station.) Lansin Villa is outside town, and there isn't a whole lot out there. Place was a bit worn and dingy. Nothing special. The staff spoke very little English, but they tried to help as much as they could. Save the taxi money and stay in Kenting, close to the beach."

"We enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and gave us good dining options. The room (shared room with bunk beds) was clean, as well as the bathroom. There are convenience stores and a grocery shop nearby."
