"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. I would probably come back here but hope these observations can be improved. "

"The Embassy was close to the Horse shoe falls, so close you could actually just walk to the trolly and go down. I was disappointed with the breakfast....not one of the better options I have received when staying at a hotel that offers a free breakfast."
