"Probably one of the worst stays I had in a long time. The room was freezing due to malfunction of the AC, internet barely working, no outlet in the bathroom, phone broken and furniture dusty snd out-dated. The staff was friendly and tried their best, but I would still not come back."

The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone. If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great.
