The hotel is very clean, very warm and welcoming staff, excellent value, and the location is absolutely fantastic right at the center of the city where you can enjoy walking , eating and having great time in a great city . Yan odada gece yüksek sesle bağırarak konuşan yabancı konuklar vardı. Resepsiyonu arayıp bildirdim. Ancak uzun bir süre daha devam etti bu durum. Bu tip durumlarda daha etkin müdahale edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Konum çok iyi, hizmet kötü

Odaların temizliği fena değil. Yastıklar ve yataklar berbat, bütün gece uyuyamadık resmen. Çift kişilik yatağa tek kişilik yorgan koymuşlar. Dışarıda -2 derece sıcaklık varken tek kişilik yorgan ile ısınmaya çalıştık. Oldukça kötü bir deneyimdi. Otelin konumu çok iyi.
