"This is a lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a delightful staff. Very welcoming and pleasant. There is a beautiful neighborhood behind the property for taking nice walks. Would absolutely recommend Embassy Suites. p.s. Historic downtown St. Charles is a five-minute drive away and not to be missed!"

"The hotel is very nice and updated. The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The only negative thing was the desk had something sticky on it so I had to clean it. The back of the toilet was either dirty or ??? There's something on the nightstand and the shower doesn't look like it gets cleaned as well. The app wouldn't take pictures but I took some."

"We always enjoy staying at Ameristar St Charles. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We can park, check in and get comfy for the night, not having ro worry about getting back out to eat or pick up extras. Everything is conveniently located on the property."

"The property is excellent room, clean and comfortable although for this time of year to walk into a room with the temperature being 67° is very chilly but overall it was great. The check staff at the front desk. He was short, but his instructions were unclear. Although I can give him credit, he was not mean rude or anything. He just wasn’t kind either though no smile no nothing."

"We had an accessible room with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean except the carpet in our room and the hallway were stained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but by the 4th day it would have been nice to have something new besides sausage and scrambled eggs. The waffles and other carbs were numerous and typical of hotel breakfasts. Coffee and juice were good plus nice assortment of fresh fruit and some yogurt. It's located right by I-70 which made getting places very convenient. The only 2 negatives were the stained carpets and irritatingly low water💧 pressure in the shower. I would stay there again. "
