"This hotel is super convenient if you want easy access to Madison Square Garden, Herald Square, and the surrounding areas. The staff was very nice. The lobby is lovely but the rooms are dated and could use an upgrade."

"The family type room was perfect for my husband and our 3 teens (12yr old and 2, 18yr olds) the layout with 2 queen size beds and a bathroom that led out into a very spacious, open sitting area with couch and bar counter with sink and fridge with the bunk beds and another spacious bathroom worked great! It was very clean and service was great. We felt it was in a very convenient location and felt safe as it was right next door to a NYPD precinct!!"

"the cleaners should have separate cleaning cloths to clean washroom and toilets. the guess towels should only be use for guest and not to clean the toilets, shower, and sink after its been use by the guest!"

"My husband and I stayed at the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square in November 2024 for my birthday. I have family in Queens, but I wanted the Times Square experience and something different for a change—and we’re so glad we did! I loved being in the city, with everything so close and walkable. Grand Central was just a short walk away, so we ditched the car and took the train to Queens every time. Our room was on the 49th floor, with an amazing view of the ball drop. It was so cool to just lay in bed and see the ball right outside our window—our floor was even higher than it! Such a fun and unique experience. I definitely recommend staying here!"
