"I was very lucky to have Dar Lily to myself for 3 wonderful nights to relax and catch up on some rest and work after at the end of a 15 day trip. Great communication with the owners and although a language barrier with Fatima, she was helpful, kind and I appreciate everything she does. While not everyone enjoys the cats of Djerba, I was amused by the friend I found for a few days to help me do some Sudoku by the pool ♥️"

"We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! (Tap beer and strong liquor are not good) You end up paying to get bottled beer. Nice bar service at the pool close to the beach. General cleanest is excellent at the room, bathroom room and buffet. "Very clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good basic breakfast (pastries, eggs, yogurt, coffee). The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs. We highly enjoyed our visit!"

"we like all the people there, since the staff in the restaurant till the animators... we’re a little afraid of what would we find there but it surprised us. A very kindly city with everyone so nice, a dreamy place!!! The only thing that really bothered us was the fact that there was only wi-fi in the reception... because it’s so big we expected more areas of the hotel with wi-fi connection, nowadays is a “must-have”.. But really want to go back!"

"Not sure a four star hotel status is appropriate for this facility. Second position access to the beach was not what we expected but not that bad. However, if you are looking for a good night sleep, it is not the place to be because of continuous activities in the bar and club till 4 am with very loud sound amplifiers. Address was not accurate. Local taxi driver was helpful though. "

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. "Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits). There isn't easily accessible information about things like activities and hotel services. If you speak french, you can ask the staff, but most of the staff only have very very basic English. The pool area is lovely, beautiful location directly on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall it was a good stay!"

"Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues."

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "
