"The hotel was hard to find because the building had literally changed color and material since the photo on the various booking services was taken. The entrance was confusing with a very welcoming glass door towards the reception, that was locked, but an unlocked much less visible door nearby. The reception door didn't even have an arrow pointing towards the "actual" entrance, but a sign stating what phone number you should call if it was locked, suggesting even more it is the main entrance.
