"The central location, value for the price, the staff was on top of their game. The parking can be a little tight if you are driving a larger truck or SUV but that is due to construction and some barriers that are in place, so a short term issue."

"This was a great alternative to some of the pricier waterpark resorts. Although the park is smaller than others, it made up for it in other areas. Food is reasonably priced and not "resort prices." Staff is very friendly and everyone says hello as you pass by. Angela at the pizzeria was awesome and multi-tasking while also working the ice cream shop. And this part was my favorite: the kids also had a safe next to their bunk beds. They had to do a scavenger hunt in the room (questions left by the hotel) to find out the combination. When they opened it, they found apple sauce pouches and two small toys!"

"We were here for a wedding with the reception held in the silver ballroom. There was a trolley that was taken to Patton Chapel but the hotel had valet which we used. The staff were efficient and hotel gorgeous. Our room was 516 very comfortable and nicely decorated."
