"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . To so good if you want To go to sleep and charge tablet at the same time. Bath towels where very much past the USE BY DATE, Thin and not absorbing water well… Shower and toilet was great. As my room 209 did not have windows out, But some kind of corridor it was not possible to have Window open…..I did not have a great feeling About the mat...
