"Great staff, great location. Clean. Avoided in-house dining and drinking for the most part. Too pricey. Flimsy in-room coffee maker. But free passable coffee drinks available using lobby coffee maker. Lot of options. Machine is removed before noon. Lot of good dining options nearby. Many walkable and kid friendly. Recommend Lily’s, Broadside, Tradesman. Must check out The Sail Loft for their KILLER lobster roll. Do not miss."

"There is nothing around this property that is interesting. The room was small, but well-appointed. Really nice tv with lots of channels. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and well-appointed. It served our purposes for a one-night stay near our family member. Free coffee was downstairs in the morning. I basically did nothing but sleep one night, get coffee in the morning, and leave. I will definitely stay there again under the same circumstances."

"Excellent fitness facilities (separate cardio room, weight room, indoor/outdoor large pool that is good for lap-swimming. (One suggestion would be to hold a lap lane for adults wanting to do laps as at certain periods kids take over with inflatable toys, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff member upon arrival seemed bored and was just looking around at everyone else in the area but other than that, everything was great. I understand there are renovations going on but these did not affect me other than that dining areas were closed."

"Airport pickup was fast. Driver was friendly. Receiving staff friendly and have options for dining. This will likely become my hotel when traveling through Boston."

"Friendly staff with a wonderful lounge and bar/restaurant on property. Immaculately clean room with best hotel bathroom I've ever had. Firm beds and pillows, and comfortable, but staid, in room amenities, fitting the hotel's Euro styling. Room is dark night, but you will need to get used to city noise if you're an early sleeper. Steps from the Aquarium T stop, two short blocks from North Market, and an easy walk to South Station, the Wharf, and the North End. I cant recommend this hotel enough to visitors wanting to travel by foot or T around Boston's historic areas. My family certainly plans to stay here again!"

"Clean and safe property with friendly and helpful front desk. I’d stay again. Trader Joe’s next door which was nice to get snacks. Grab and go bistro was nice and both cashiers there were super nice. "
