"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. The amenity soaps at the bathtub were empty and again, the front desk immediately brought us replacements. I found the front desk staff very efficient and courteous.
