"Not as advertised at all. No access to sauna They close reception at 8:00 PM You only get one key for the room … so there is zero flexibility for your vacation No gym I would save my money and find another place to stay in, there are plenty around the area"

"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"My girlfriend and I stayed at Rauter for three nights. It was her first visit to Austria. I spent one night away on the GrossGlockner mountain. (The mountain portal is a 30 minute drive from the hotel). "
