"The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!"

"I loved staying at this hotel. It’s very cosy, warm and comfortable. It’s a 30 minute walk to the city center and a 4 minute walk to the main train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having me. "
