"I had a slight inconvenience upon checking in late Friday night. The room I booked was oversold. The front desk staff that night was very friendly and helped accommodate me into a different room type that night. Expedia also helped and offered some compensation for the inconvenience which was very nice as well. In the morning, the front desk manager Joanne was there, and she offered and upgraded King Room that was better than what I had originally booked. Overall, I have had 2 great stays at the Westin in Cleveland! "

"Over all it was a nice stay. We stayed one night for the Cavs game. It was a short walk to Rocket Fieldhouse, plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is a $10 parking garage kind of connected to the building if you don't want to pay for valet parking. The rooms are large and clean. Not as modernized as some more expensive places though. "
