"Hotel and staff were nice. However they didn’t honor our two bed room that we booked thru you. They said bc we used third party they didn’t have to honor! One of the party had to sleep in chair bc didn’t want to share the king bed:("

"I stayed at this property twice. It is about 12 minutes from the Airport and settled in the Camp Creek area (which is surrounded by plenty of dinning/shopping options). The hotel appeared to be safe and quiet. Facility and room were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay again very soon. "

"Weather was terrible and staff couldn’t get to the hotel. But the staff that were there were great and worked hard to provide excellent service. Because of icy roads, Patrice took 2 1/2 hours to get to her shift at the bistro. But she was wonderful and provided excellent service. "
