"With my sister, daughter and friend all together, we felt safe at the hotel and in the area. Great room with plenty of space and wonderful windows. We've been to the Encore and actually like this property better. However, the pool was closed and the other pool was always packed. I feel we shouldn't have had to pay the entire resort cost and would appreciate a refund on part of it. All the staff was helpful!"

"We loved our room. We booked a penhouse king suite which was so beautiful! The bed was super comfy, pillows were perfect-not to hard and not too soft! The view of the LasVegas strip was terrific, and in the other window we had a great viw of the sphere and the mountains! What I loved theost, it was very secure-you cant go anywhere w/o your room key! The only thing that prevented us from giving it a 5 stars is that when we checked in to the room there was the previous tennants food still in the fridge. Also, there was not any cups to use in the kitchen cabinets. Small little details that mean alor byt keep it from a 5 star review We would definitely stay there again w/o any hesitation!"
