"Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London was perfect for our family of 4 Christmas vacation! "The ambience of the hotel was warm, comfortable, and inviting. I guess it can be described as slightly modern, but with rustic wooden decor. The bar, coffee shop, and work area downstairs seemed a popular place for people to hang out and/or work on their laptops. We found our room to be spacious. We had two full/queen sized beds with room for a table and a couch that extended along one wall. The bathroom was modern/clean and the water pressure and heat coming from the shower was excellent....

"This hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with the heat in our room. We stayed there from December 26th to January 1st. The system did not generate sufficient heat. The staff tried to rectify the problem but could not. We had to request a portable heater for our room.
