"We loved our first time at this Hyatt location and would stay here again. The front desk staff are helpful with recommendations and very friendly. The updated rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and it's a great view. Breakfast is great with plenty of options and adequate seating. We were disappointed our room wasn't freshened up with clean towels and the trash taken out. Why do we have to ask for very basic housekeeping? Besides that it was all great!"

"The rooms are old looking and the bathrooms are small. Plus the people next door they're were so loud talking i can hear their conv so i couldn't sleep it was annoying. I was disappointed that the pool was not open. "
