"Loved this hotel! The view of the Nile River and the West Bank is spectacular! The sun sets are amazing and watching the sailboat sale the Nile is just spectacular! Quite a few restaurant options without even leaving the hotel. 100 egp taxi ride to anywhere on the East Bank. The staff was amazing and always made sure we were taking care of! We will definitely stay here again. Also they have money changing machines on site"

"The staff and the service was top notch and the room was generally very nice as were the conditions in the hotel and the food was good. We felt very secure inside the hotel. Right outside the hotel on the street, it was not so good as there were men hassling us to get on their horses or taxis and catcalling my girlfriend. "I specifically booked a room with a king size bed, got there and they didn’t have one. They were able to convert two singles for me but it seemed an odd thing to have to ask for. The room was decoratively in a rather average state, seem to have a few lumps and bumps missing and rather dated I normally enjoy a Hilton breakfast much more than this one The swimming pools looked great, but needed to be heated more. "Are you even kidding me!? The reviews are false! the rooms are not as you see. They are mouldy, dirty and some are windowless, AC is totally broken and all the rooms smell like cigarette! it is so filthy and disgusting. Stay away if you can! The maintenance is unkept and no lifts. It is a disgrace to call this a room for paying customers. Makes a mockery of the buyer! wifi in the lobby only! Mouldy bathrooms, ceiling is peeling off, the fixtures and some showers don't work. Toilets don't flush!...
