"Nice property with balcony just a few annoying things. Same room as poor review night before and I suppose depends what you pay. Excellent beautiful bathroom, and great to have a smoking facility on Balcony. Can be noisy in the mornings. Would stay again at standard pricing. "

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system.
