"The family room was very nice. But the housekeeping has days off, so you have to clean your own room. The pictures show a breakfast buffet, but no breakfast is served. And the rooms don't have any facilities such as a refrigerator that would help you to prepare your own. The hotel has a kitchen, but it is off limits to guests. The heaters were switched off till we complained about it. The hotel personnel is not on-site, and they're not reachable 24/7, which delayed this even further."

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system.
