"It was not gods from the arrival my name was not appearing on their system I had to wait for them to call the manager it was just a long wait. Then the rooms were full we had to be moved to another hotel and room was not good at all for a cluster phobic people, alcohol cap in the room, we had to go and request for tea, sugar, milk as there was nothing in the room. Towels for one person yet we are a couple. It was not a good stay for me unfortunately and also for a first time it was a very poor service for me."

"We had to pay R50 deposit per key, but were not refunded when checking out. The first room we received was stinky and the aircon didn't work. We complained and were assigned a new room which was much better. The area isn't that safe, but there is safe/guarded parking for an extra fee of R50 per night, and the hotel itself feels safe (it's also 24/7 guarded)."
