"Hilton doing its thing well! From check-in to check-out I was impressed with the quality & level of service (& I checked in at 2.30am!) Staff were super friendly throughout, the hotel was always spotlessly clean & well looked after, as was my room. Great amenities in room too - kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer etc. Poolside was great, plenty of loungers/cabanas, at seat service as well as an app to order plus free filtered water & towels. "We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us.
