Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

"The place was not good when we arrived. The room were old and that electricity kept cutting off, but the man were amazing and they upgraded us to much better floor. The rest of the hotel is great. The location is fabulous and we had a great time."
