I had a reservation for 2 nights. This property's check-in closed at 7PM. I notified the property manager earlier that I may make it in time but it's possible that I might be few minutes late. My plane arrived 30 minutes late and I arrived at 7:08PM, building was closed. Having just arrived in Germany, my phone was not setup yet to make local phone calls. I went to a nearby hotel to have a roof over my head for the night. When I came next day morning to finally check in, property manager told me I can't because they sold my room to someone else since I did not check in the night before. They were still going to charge me for 2 nights. I said how can you deny me service but charge for both nights, response was that it's their policy. I asked how much time did I have to actually check in, manager said I could check in at any time. So I want to check in now (11am next day), response was you can't because your room was sold to someone else. We went into this endless loop. When my credit card statement arrived, I was in fact charged to both nights. I would not recommend this place.
