"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks."
