"I was annoyed by the person at the counter. I got my key. Went up to my room. Came back down but forgot key in room. Had to wait another 20 mins for the person at the counter because he was about to help someone else when he could have helped me right away. "

"Easy transportation to airport. Also has several public transportation lines nearby. Very clean room, luxury feel, good service. We got free lemonade to replace the free wine. Had formal breakfast and lunch. Both very good. Also stored our luggage free for a whole day. Highly recommended. "
