"This is a Hotel that knows who they are and from the valet Parking to the front desk they believe their overhype of being better and that lacking service is acceptable based on the fact that you are staying in one of San Diego best hotels. Unfortunately the electricity went out forcing me out of the shower and doing the excercise of walking 17 floors with a fellow security guard. The waiting on the lobby with shop in your body was of little concern but if does demonstrate that this hotel it’s not prepared to accept emergencies. "

Excellent dining options, staff very attentive to our needs, beautiful view of the Bay from our balcony, lovely walking area just across the street, comfy beds and pillows, clean bathroom. San Diego is a beautiful city and this hotel is located in close proximity to all restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again."
