There was dust in our room, the tub wouldn’t drain properly and no micro wave, the ac smelt weird and made funny noises. I noticed from stains in and around the tub as well. The food closed at 10 Disney closes at 10-12 they really should have it closed for after Disney people who stay there will be hungry

Upon check in, our original room we paid for wasn’t ready/ available. We had to downgrade our room size but were given complimentary free breakfast for our stay which was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It was also a 30 minute walk from the Disney park entrances, making it easy to go back and forth to the park during the day. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was ok! Not as clean as I’d expected. It would seem they only clean in the places you can see - just don’t drop anything under the bathroom countertop or move the mattress slightly off the box spring, and you’ll be fine. :/
