"Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Parking was very easy. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was ok and the cafe was not that great, but there is a Starbucks across the street which was very convenient."

"the moment we arrived, we could tell that our stay here was going to be very pleasant. we had alot of questions about where to eat for the night . we also had to find a foodery where we could order for 20 people and could be delivered.everyone was very accomadating to our needs. wonderful exsperence will include this with all that we tell about our trip to Buffalo. also the breakfast was wonderful and very good, also very clean thank you. "Beautiful decor run down town Buffalo. Felt very safe. Staff and services were very nice. My only concern was after parking in the lot a block away from the hotel was walking back by myself. Quite icy and snowy but you can’t blame that on the hotel. Pool and fitness room were clean and beautiful. Did not swim but would have if I had my suit. I would definitely stay there again."
