"Location was perfect in a very quiet area away from the busy area of the falls--but only a few minutes drive away from all the sights. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our family of five. The pool was surprisingly warm and we loved the little mini waterfall touches. Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and was well-maintained (shout out to the hardworking man working weekday breakfasts, he does a great job!). Since there's nothing right around the hotel it's nice that they have the rooftop bistro, though we didn't try the food (just happy hour drinks, super convenient). We would definitely come back!"

"Nice hotel. Just not use to the cigarette smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the front door. I’m from AC and you do not smell that when you walk into any of those casinos down there. Steak house food and service were great. The room was hugh and I had a great view. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Mansion and would stay there again if traveling to the downtown Buffalo area. Our room was very nice, and we enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar and our breakfast entrees. The location is a short walk to restaurants and the theater district. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room rates are reasonable as well, as compared to the larger chain hotels in the downtown area."

"Super clean property and room!!! The suites with the separated bedroom are a great change of pace compared to a traditional studio like room. Everything worked and was in great shape. Shower was great, talk about high water pressure. Bed was comfy and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
