"Excellent position very central for everything There are are couple of negatives and it’s in the rooms The tv is suspended from the ceiling on a pole and you have to duck when going to the bathroom so in the middle of the night it could be dangerous Also no sockets except by the bed making make up hard as also no mirror by the desk or socket These could be rectified simply The staff were excellent Luis helped a lot Excellent service also from the rest of the staff"

"Our room faced out front on floor one, it could be quite noisy. Not consistent with what time room was cleaned everyday so some days we would come back about 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned. "

"Beautiful property right by the river. The customer service is excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very impressive. We especially enjoyed Vinology with the port tasting and river views. The restaurant bar was equally excellent and bartender Raquel Santos went way above and beyond in providing a personalized experience.She explained the mixology of different cocktails, variety of Portuguese wines the region prides itself of, etc. Our room was very comfortable and the views from our window of the river and unique architecture of the buildings across in the district of Gaia was fantastic.
