"The facility was clean inside and out rooms were good, beds were not to my preference but that isnt saying they were bad. The TV had no sound so I had to fix it myself since I couldnt get lined up with anyone at the front desk during our in and sessions. We stay here all the time when traveling for hockey because they are consistent. We have never had a bad experience. "

"The conference Center and our room was clean. The stairs leading to the rooms on the second floor were carpeted and very dirty and need vacuuming. Older hotel needed updating but clean. The lunch dinner menu was a treat- lots of Indian food choices."

"The shower was not very clean -mainly in corners/seams. We never received room service -I am assuming it may be because we never left our room before 11am, even though we removed the "do not disturb" door tag before leaving. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly except for one young girl at the front desk who was just "there" -never smiled, did not say much.
