"We have arrived 9.30 pm and still there were someone to greet us and passed us the key it was clean tidy room with clean sheets and many pullows and quilts clean bathroom. Leute waren sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist sehr kurze Laufweg von dem Skipisten. Es wird echt practisch sein bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Januar."

"The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"
