"I booked thru Expedia for 2 rooms few days before the trip. When I reached the hotel, I was told no room left and no reservation received and the worst, it's midnight. It's quite a shock to me since this is the 1st time I faced this. I don't know where went wrong and I have to accept their offer to stay in 1 room (last room). The hotel is rather good in fact.
