"We almost were scared off by the bad reviews I was seeing. I’m glad I ignored them. What I concluded is this place is so big there’s no way they can dodge a bad guest once in awhile. Or some people have wild expectations for an all inclusive, I’m not sure. The property is stunning! Food was great for an all inclusive and the rooms were cleaned well everyday. My only suggestion is the room AC didn’t work well keeping us cool at night. My wife and I can’t wait to return here! Book it, you won’t regret it. "
