"From our check in with Rebecca and Amelia to our checkout with Lidia and Maddie our stay was brilliant. What amazing staff, so kind and caring. Nothing was a problem and the girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have anything planned and on check in so Rebecca suggested the Christmas Markets and the restaurant strip, both were amazing. "If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. "I went with a disabled young gentleman we stopped over for one night. The accommodation and parking were excellent right in the middle of Liverpool the apartment was clean but a little outdated. We asked for a first floor apartment but on arrival we were on the 5 floor which we managed but made it difficult for the young gentleman I was supporting over all communication a little poor. We will be going again but next time I’ll double check availability before booking. "
