"Lazy, careless attitudes abundant around the property especially during the tour. We had no idea what the property offered until the last day when we stumbled on visitors that did the catamaran ride. Very inattentive employees in the cafeteria and in all restaurants. Had to speak out at both bars when we wanted a drink...Just sat one time for over 10 minutes upon walking up and sitting down with absolutely NO greeting...Or offer for drinks. For what I paid for this 10 day stay...VERY...

"This was our first all inclusive experience and it left a little to be desired for us. We aren't huge drinkers so we were after quality and not quantity for the drinks but that seemed like the opposite most of the time at the resort, at best the drinks lacked consistency. We enjoyed our room and it's mini bar more than the other bars. The veggie bar was awesome and the grotto area was our favorite place to hang out. The New Years Eve party was fun and the room service was great. "

"Very nice quiet place, we booked 2 rooms that our kids can sleep in their our room next to ours. There was plenty restaurants around and shopping broad walks by the beach. We did not tried the beach through it was just 2 steps away from the hotel, we came to do waterfalls activities and we did. Excursion to Dunn’s River was the best! Plus they have a free parking space, because we rented a car to drive around the island we looked for safe place to leave it while we doing excursions."

"Two words…truly exceptional! This was THE perfect vacation. All inclusive…amazing food and drinks, gorgeous resort, breathtaking views and wonderful people. This was like home away from home. My husband spoiled me with booking the Tufa Terrace Suite and it was worth every penny. Our butlers, Akeem and Fernando, went above and beyond. Sandal’s is the place to stay!! "

"On site security. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean but they do not provide wash clothes, only towels. Breakfast complementary and delicious. The property only has one pool that is not that big but it is deep. Hotel is walking distance to the town, the clock, and Mahogany Beach. Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin encounter are also less than 5 minutes away."

"The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers. Only complaint is breakfast could be a 'solid', for the lack of a better word. Instead of just coffee and toast. Eggs fried or boiled. Or calaloo , saltfish. Nothing expensive. Anyway I enjoyed my stay and have shared my experience with others. "

"This was my second stay at Sea Shell Palms. My first experience in May was very positive, so when I returned to Jamaica, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It is near Ocho Rios. "This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....

"This was the BEST place ive ever stayed in. I travel to Jamaica 4 times a year and I will never stay anywhere else. The room is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and its close to EVERYTHING (food clothes gift shops, clubs) etc. The host was also very pleasant and informative, made me feel like I was home. Please book this place u will have the time of your life!! "

"I stayed in apt17c and had the most spectacular view of ocho rios. The property is beautifully maintained. Although the apartment could use a little updating, it was simple and perfect for my needs. I can not say enough about the view. It was peaceful and relaxing. The location is within waking distance to the center of town where there is music and lots of activity. Bieber v or is far enough to offer a type of tranquility that is unmatched. I epping stay jet again and recommend it to anyone looking for the best view in Ocho Rios."
