"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. "Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

Very nice hotel and will stay there again

"First time we have stayed at this hotel, after a recommendation from our son’s partners parents and was very happy with the stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and interaction with them seemed like no trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything you could have hoped for in a mid priced hotel room, with the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and new feeling. There was tea and coffee making facilities and some complimentary cans of still water and also a fridge, if you needed it. We had the breakfast and there was a great choice of hot and cold buffet food and all regularly topped up so wasn’t waiting too long for anything. Great view from the 13th floor too as could see Anfield and I’m a massive Liverpool fan!! Overall a very pleasant stay, which is great as I am back there next weekend!!"
