"Pool side it’s like they needed more help. Valet didn’t have any urgency. You pay this much to stay here and pay extra $50 for valet, you should be able to call down and have them get your car. Twice was sent to voice message saying we are to busy, just bring ticket to valet and we will get your vehicle. We do exactly as said and they have valet people standing around in circle chatting among themselves and cars piling up. No urgency no organization to who’s doing what. Side of these 2 things,...

"The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room!...
