"If you are planning a visit to Petersburg, VA start with where you would like to stay. The Ragland Mansion is a gem of a Bed and Breakfast. The owner Claudia is so sweet and accommodating. The room my wife and I stayed in was well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the late 1800 appeal.
