"This is a unique lodging experience. Rooms are minimalist, but very functional and beds were comfortable. Could have used better black-out shades to block out the bright summer sun so early in the morning. Staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast we had was exceptional!! Fun way to pay for drinks with chips you place in your own little glass as you take them from the fridge. Games to play as well. Walked around property on a short trail as well. "

"Our stay at the lodge was great for our family. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming (early check in, playpen/crib for our toddler to sleep in, highchair provided). We stayed in the caribou room, with a beautiful view facing directly north which would be PERFECT to catch the northern lights right from your room. We were able to use the shared kitchen to prepare dinner and there is everything you need and more offered. (Coffee, tea, water, etc) It was very quiet at night. Thank you...

"Very accommodating "

"Off season stay for a couple nights. We probably would have considered alternate plans due to the distance to the airport. Hotels.com listed airport transportation but that was not an option. A taxi ride was around $65ca. We were okay with this as our flight was an early flight anyhow. The room was nice, however it was warm in June making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was very European, hard boiled egg, meat, cheese, vegs, yogurt and fruit. All served to you while sitting in the lodge. They...
