The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. "The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available.
