Comfortable bed but lacked bedside power sockets for phone etc. Yes there are rainforest plants ( ferns etc) quite literally outside the window - solid wall of greenery so almost zero sunlight. The included dinner was reasonable enough. There was a choice of 5 main dishes and choice of desserts. "Friendly staffs and owners. The owner hosted a free glowworms tour every night in the forest beside the lodge. He’s very experienced and also told us many fun facts on glowworms. Overall a clean lodge at a very convenient location. The only small downside is the stove for cooking in the room is not very strong, so it might take awhile if you want to do self-cooking. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this place when they visit fox glacier. "
