Jesus (spanish manager) did all he could to accomodate us. If you want 5 star and want to pay 4 times the price stay elsewhere but this was very suitable for us, no complaints here 😊"

"Good little place in the middle of nowhere. On site management is great, friendly, and provided an informative Glow-worm walk. We stayed in the king spa room, and was able to peruse the spa after a long day of walking so it was a nice touch. Could consider adding a little shelf for toiletries in the shower. "

"This hotel is a lot further out from town than I expected and it is not walkable to the town of Frans Josef. BUT, the view is spectacular and the rooms were great. Would definitely recommend someone staying at the hotel as long as they had a vehicle which I did not due to me arriving with a tour group. "
