"A great stay at the Hyatt House. Incredibly clean throughout. Comfortable suite with a kitchen for light meals. Beds, pillows and linens were inviting and made for a great sleep. We appreciated the breakfast provided and all staff were kind and helpful. The shuttle to the hospital was icing on the cake."

"When you walk in to the hotel, it is not very impressive. There is a small sitting area with a TV and a fake fireplace, and a check in desk. I believe there is the subway to the Mayo Clinic available, we just crossed the street because the hotel is so close. The latest one can stay without paying for another night is 1pm, check out is 12 The reason I gave the hotel a five is because of the room. It has a larger personal refrigerator, brand new furniture and several large mirrors. The...

"My wife had extensive oral surgery at St Mary’s, and the surgeon asked that we stay in Rochester a few days until he could follow-up. We chose Aspen Suites, and coukd not have been more pleased. Everything about our room and the hotel itself was top notch. The General Manager was excellent, caring, and attentive to my wife’s needs. I give this facility a 10/10 rating "

There were always friendly greetings and special "events nights which seemed to instill a "familial" kinship with people incurring longer-term stays (for example for people receiving treatment at nearby Mayo Clinic or other facilities)."

"Clean, nice but rooms need updated. Elevators make us a bit nervous but no issues. Restaurants is excellent. The bus runs constantly, which is super convenient! Everyone super friendly and flexible. Front desk people are very nice and informative."
