"The staff was so kind and welcoming. They even set up a sweet presentation upon arrival for our honeymoon— at 1AM! Breakfast was delicious and I’m convinced this is the best location to stay if you like the Old Quarter. Close to Hoan Kiem but not in the thick of it. Definitely go down the street to visit Kim at local craft beer.."

You will experience a level of service that is different from the moment you walk in to check-in until the moment you leave. The rooms are big and also very clean. The message spa is both very good and the service is top notch. Its location is only 10 mine from Da Nang airport. I will be return to this hotel again and i highly recommend it for anyone going to Da Nang."

" The staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it to our friends."
