"This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. We had a fantastic dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Outstanding. The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their pillows! "This is a delicious and well-run property with a long history. Everything was perfect..almost. Our suite was very comfortable, but it was VERY dark inside. It was long and the only natural light is from the door (glass). That was our main criticism. The only other little quibble is there was absolutely nowhere to hang our sumptuous robes, and so the cleaning crew (and it WAS a crew) took to hanging them on the shower door or folded (wet) by the tub."

"The room is dark in the evening because one light bulb is missing. But the staff said they can only fix it after I left due to weekend. The hotel is full so I can’t change to another room. Not sufficient staff helping at breakfast time, hotel guest need to find a clean cup from other table. The price is good and the room is clean, so that you can accept they are not perfect. "

"Beautiful location. The rooms are lovely and equivalent to a 5 star hotel. The pool is very nice. the breakfast buffet is also very good and so is the restaurant. Where things fall short is the service. It wouldn't deter me from coming back but you'd expect such a beautiful venue to have better service."

"Más Petit Fourchon was difficult for us to find due to error in Google maps. We finally arrived, just at dark, and after becoming thoroughly familiar with the nearby hospital parking layout. We gave up on Google’s turn by turn directions, and used Google maps without the directions. We were greeted by an upbeat and friendly Pascole, the owner, at a closed gate at end of a dirt road. Mas Petit Fourchon is definitely not within easy walking distance to restaurants or Arles. That said, the property...

"The property was located in the box shop suburbs of Arles, a distance away from the centre of town. Transport was limited, and the surroundings were dirty and run down. The hotel itself was average and the room was hot. The positive side was that the staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful. "
