"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. "My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The apartment was clean, and laundry on the property was very handy. The location was great, a short walk into town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was our second time at the Legació and it won't be the last. The place is beautiful, well located for hikes and biking, visiting lakes, and just having fun in the Dolomites. "Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better - only issuing you with one towel meant that if you'd had a sauna you had nothing to dry yourself later with! Old school quality

"A historic, long standing hotel with all the creature comforts. We had a large room on the 5th floor with 2 cute circular windows with great views. Room was very quiet and comfortable (beds were comfortable, but didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed together). Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. "
