"Upon arrival at the Front Desk, the person behind the desk was very polite. At one point I thought she might be reading from a card as she spoke of all the amenities of the hotel, the two restaurants and hours serving. She was extremely polite and made it a good start for my stay. "

"Great Location as it is close to lots of restaurants. It was a little odd that there is sliding door to the atrium but it wasn't horrible, just different. Staff was nice and the room was clean. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Our room was not ready at checkin and we waited over an hour, but we were given meal vouchers to compensate. Our room was clean and spacious. The parking was not included. My kids loved the pool, though it was quite cold. I would stay here again."
