"The hotel was very well kept from the lobby to the actual room that I stayed in. The wifi speed is also very fast and stable, probably the best wifi I've used in a hotel so far. The staff were very friendly during the check-in and check-out procedure, although they can't communicate in English (however a translation app should be good enough to communicate with the staff), front-desk service is 24 hours too so it is convenient for people checking into the hotel late at night. "This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!"
