"Lighthouse Villas was perfect for us. Our studio apt had everything we needed and more. Sitting on our deck, watching the ocean and surrounding islands was magical. The beach was close, there were many choices of places to eat and a neighborhood grocery store. We plan to return next year. My only caution is that there is a short hill to climb to the villas and the studio apts require 1 or 2 flights to stairs. It height makes for fantastic views but it does require mobility. "

"It would be unfair rating as my visit was not a pleasant reason (medical emergency). Overpriced breakfast 11$ for 2 English muffins and sliced fruit and coffee, long wait to initiate service, but it’s that kind of island grove. Unique property- Amazing and calming view, Convenient location, and the people, priceless, so Kind and compassionate, well travelled and educated with interesting chat. Black Food truck with BBQ was excellent- located between hotel and hospital. I would stay again- "

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! "WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."
