"Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room"

"We stayed here for one night while we were traveling from Tokyo to Sapporo. We thought that it would be easier to stay there. It was a smart move for sure. This hotel is so convenient it's ridiculous. In terminal 3 on the third floor. It is a very nice hotel. Staff are nice and rooms were very clean. You can't check in until 3pm, but that's okay, they'll hold your bags while you go wandering around the airport. We'll be staying here again when we return from Sapporo on our way home. Definitely...
